Last updated: May 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging the services of Lex i Lift Dyslexia Therapy, LLC (“the Practice”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all therapy services, consultations, summer camps, and any other programs offered by the Practice.

2. Services

Lex i Lift Dyslexia Therapy, LLC provides structured literacy therapy, dyslexia intervention, and related educational services for students with dyslexia and related learning differences. All services are delivered by a Certified Academic Language Therapist (CALT) and Licensed Dyslexia Therapist (LDT).

The Practice does not provide medical diagnoses. A formal evaluation from a licensed diagnostician is required before therapy services begin. The Practice can assist families in locating qualified evaluators in the DFW area.

3. Session Frequency

For meaningful neurological progress, a minimum of three sessions per week is strongly recommended. Families who are unable to commit to this frequency will be advised accordingly. The Practice reserves the right to pause or discontinue services if session frequency falls below therapeutic minimums consistently.

4. Cancellation Policy

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in writing. The Practice accepts payment via credit/debit card and other methods as communicated at intake. Returned payments are subject to a processing fee.

Lex i Lift Dyslexia Therapy, LLC does not currently accept insurance. Families may request a superbill for potential reimbursement through their insurance provider or FSA/HSA accounts.

6. Summer Camp

Summer camp enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of a completed registration form and a 50% deposit of the total tuition. The remaining balance is due on or before the first day of camp. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the start of camp will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable.

7. Confidentiality

All client information is kept strictly confidential in accordance with HIPAA regulations and applicable Texas law. Please review our HIPAA Notice and Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities
